The Government of Uttar Pradesh on July 12, 2024, notified regarding the salary determination and other dues of various categories of personnel.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the head of the office shall review the service book 8 months before the retirement of the employees to resolve any deficiency and to calculate the dues of the retiring employees.
• It states that while passing the salary determination order of the employees, strict compliance with the Government order dated November 21, 2016 (attached below) shall be ensured and calculation of the dues of the employees shall be completed in the same financial year itself.
• It states that the consent/undertaking shall be obtained in the below-attached format ensuring adjustment/recovery for excess payments due to incorrect salary calculation, contingent upon proving responsibility in the dues calculation investigation.
