Secretarial Compliance The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on July 16, 2024, issued a notification regarding Cross Margin benefits for offsetting positions having different expiry dates.

The following has been stated: -

•In continuation to the circular no. 20240426-38 dated April 26, 2024, for Cross Margin benefits for offsetting positions having different expiry dates, members are hereby informed that the provision of cross margin benefit as per the mentioned circular no. will be effective from July 29, 2024.
