Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 15, 2024, issued amendment to an older notification no. 18/2022-Central Excise, dated July 19, 2022, related to exemption of the excisable goods.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In the Table, against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 7000 per tonne” shall be substituted;

This notification will come into force from July 16, 2024.
