Industry Specific Compliance Ministry of Cooperation on July 15, 2024, notified regarding the enforcement date of the provisions of section 120A of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act 2023.

It states that the provisions of section 120A relating to “Filing of applications, documents, inspections, and the like in electronic form” shall come into force with effect from the date of commencement of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act 2023, i.e., August 03, 2023.
