The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on July 17, 2024, notified regarding the harmonization of file formats across depository.
Based on suggestions/feedback received from DPs and back-office vendors CDSL is pleased to release the latest updated version of UDIFF catalogue 1.0.10. The changes in the UDIFF catalogue are highlighted in yellow colour and are also mentioned in the change log sheet.
The summary of changes in the catalogue is given below:
• Use of dummy fields in Client Creation, Client Master and SOT formats, for populating fields like State name and transaction description.
• Changed descriptions of a few fields to reuse them and avoid adding new fields in the format.
• Updated Standard Values.
• Added a separate sheet for the combination of Transaction type, Transaction status and Transaction code mapping between DP57 and COD report in the UDIFF catalogue itself.
