Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Power (MoP) on July 16, 2024, amended an older notification no. S.O. 1221(E), dated March 14, 2023, related to energy consumption standards for star-labelled Ultra-High Definition televisions.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 3, which states “Star level or star rating plan”, in Table 3.1, for figures “2024”, the figures “2027” shall be substituted.
