The India International Bullion Exchange (IIBX) on July 18, 2024, notified regarding the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework for Members.
The following has been stated:
• The Members are required to share quarterly reports containing information on cyber-attacks and threats experienced by them and measures taken to mitigate vulnerabilities, threats and attacks including information on bugs/vulnerabilities/threats.
• The Member/s should designate a senior official or management personnel (henceforth, referred to as the “Designated Officer”) whose function would be to assess, identify, and reduce security and Cyber Security risks, respond to incidents, establish appropriate standards and controls, and direct the establishment and implementation of processes and procedures as per their approved Cyber Security Policy.
• The scanned copy of the quarterly reports shall be submitted in the format attached as Annexure-A and should be duly signed by the Designated Officer.
• The Members may note that the report for the first quarter ending June 30, 2024, shall be submitted by July 31, 2024. All future quarterly reports shall also be submitted within 15 days from the end of the respective quarter.
