The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on July 18, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Advisory for Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions (Half Yearly from January 2024 to June 2024).
The following has been stated namely: -
• A copy of the report format for the “Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions” is enclosed as Annexure – I for the period from January 2024 to June 2024 (Half Yearly).
• Compliance with the requirements specified in the said Circular shall be done and the report shall be submitted by July 31, 2024 in the NCFE portal.
