The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on July 18, 2024, issued a notification regarding IFSCA (Global In-House Centres) Regulations, 2020.
The following has been stated: -
•The International Financial Services Centres Authority (Global In-House Centres) Regulations, 2020 under regulation 7 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Procedure for making Regulations) Regulations, 2021 has been reviewed keeping in view the outcome and experience of the market participants and stakeholders.
•The comments/suggestions can be submitted by August 08, 2024.
