The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. (MCX) on July 18, 2024, issued the reminder regarding the Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The compliance of the advisory shall be reported by Member on half yearly basis that is for the period January to June 2024.
• Members are required to submit the compliance through online Member Portal. The portal shall be available for submission till July 31, 2024.
• Help file ‘Software as a Service (Saas)–help file’ is available on the SaaS submission online portal.
