The National E-governance Services Limited (NeSL) on July 19, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Article updation for the State of Rajasthan.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The article updation for Rajasthan State has been issued under digital e-stamping.
• Details of the article along with digital codes for the State of Rajasthan are stated in the notification.
• The Article Description is as follows: -
o Acknowledgment
o Loan Agreement
o Security Bond
o Indemnity Bond
o Deposit of Title Deed/Pawn/Pledge when the loan is repayable in more than 3 months
