The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on July 10, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Extension of an additional 43 drugs in DG-ESIC Central Rate Contract Nos. 142C, 143C, 144C, 145 and 146C.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The extension of 01 additional drug/medicine in DG-ESIC Central Rate Contract Nos. 142C, 143, 144, 145C and 146C has been approved up to October 31, 2024, or till the finalization of New Rate Contracts, whichever is earlier, subject to adherence to the following conditions namely: -
• The supply order should be placed only on First Preference Holders.
• Willingness of the firm to supply on the same Terms and Conditions, as approved in DG-ESIC Rate Contract(s) 142C,1430, 144C, 145C, and 145C.
• No order should be placed in respect of drugs, which have been found to be "Not of Standard Quality" on test analysis.
