Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Chhattisgarh on July 16, 2024, notified regarding the levies Countervailing duty or Excise Duty as applicable on supply of liquor in the Table.

Countervailing duty or Excise Duty is payable before supply of liquor to warehouse of country liquor/godown of Chhattisgarh State Beverages Corporation Limited.

The Notification No. F10-6/2018/CT(EX)/V(20), Dated 27-02-2018 is hereby repealed.

This Notification shall come into force from September 01, 2024.
