The National Stock Exchange, (NSE) on July 24, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Daily Price Limit (DPL) or Operating range for Option contracts for GOLDM update.
This partially modifies chapter 1.5.4 (IV) DPR for Option contracts, as provided in Exchange consolidated circular reference number NSE/COM/61765 dated April 26, 2024. Members are required to note that the following shall be discontinued for GOLDM option contracts effective August 05, 2024:
•In case of any extraordinary price movement in the underlying or near-month futures contract, before the market opens or during market hours, the Exchange may flex the DPL for GOLDM option contracts. The updated DPL shall be broadcast to trading terminals.
