The Government of Telangana on July 24, 2024, issued a notification regarding the extension of applicability of Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950.
It is proposed to extend the applicability of Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950, for an additional period of five years effective from December 27, 2023. This notification is being published to inform all persons likely to be affected, as required under subsection (1) of Section 115 of the said Act.
Notice is hereby given that any objections or suggestions regarding the proposed extension of Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950, should be submitted within 45 days from the date of publication of this notification in the Telangana Gazette. The Government of Telangana will consider all objections or suggestions received before making a final decision.
Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Director of Factories, Telangana, Hyderabad.
