The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (MoCAF&PD) on July 23, 2024, extended the timeline for submission of comments/feedback/suggestions on draft Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Unsolicited and Unwarranted Business Communication, 2024.
In view of the requests received from various federations, associations and other stakeholders, it has been decided to extend the timeline by 15 days from the last date of submission i.e. July 21, 2024 to submit comments/feedback/suggestions on draft guidelines.
Comments/suggestions/feedback, if any, may now be submitted until August 05, 2024 by email to [email protected].
