The Central Electricity Authority (CEA) on July 18, 2024, issued the Notification inviting suggestions I comments on Amendment-I to the Central Electricity Authority (Manual on Transmission Planning Criteria), 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Manual on Transmission Planning Criteria, 2023 is amended in order to cover the planning procedure. Further, the parameters of certain conductors need to be updated.
• The draft amendment to the Manual, incorporating the above changes has been issued.
• Views/suggestions on the draft of the Amendment may be sent to the Central Electricity Authority by August 16, 2024, to Sh. B.S. Bairwa, Chief Engineer (PSPA-11), Central Electricity Authority, or at [email protected]
