Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Himachal Pradesh on January 29, 2024, rescinded Notification No. 30/2023-State Tax, dated September 18, 2023, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-5/2023, dated September 30, 2023, related to the special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in manufacturing the goods.

This notification shall have been deemed to come into force from January 01, 2024.
