The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Bihar on July 22, 2024, notified regarding the introduction of new online appointment service for visitors.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that an online appointment facility for visitors has been started and the same has been provided on the website of RERA, Bihar to facilitate easier and more efficient scheduling of appointments with the officers.
• It states that this new online system is designed to streamline the process, providing visitors with a convenient way to schedule meetings at their preferred time.
• It states that Monday and Tuesday between 3:00 to 4:00 PM shall be for the Registration related issues.
• It states that Wednesday and Thursday between 3:00 to 4:00 PM shall be for the issues related to Monitoring and Registration.
• It states that Thursday and Friday between 3:00 to 4:00 PM shall be for Legal matters.
• It states that every visitor shall be provided 10 minutes to interact with officers.
