Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Government of Tamil Nadu on July 19, 2024, issued an amendment in the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department notification no. - NO.II(2)/CTY/849(b-2)/2018, related to the collection of a 0.5% levy on the net value of intra-state taxable supplies facilitated for other suppliers.

This shall come into force on July 10, 2024.

In the notification mentioned above, for the words “half percent.”, the figure and word “0.25 percent.” shall be substituted.
