The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX) on July 26, 2024, notified regarding the commencement of the Natural Gas October 2024 Options Contract with Natural Gas (1,250 MMBTU) Futures as underlying.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that Natural Gas Options 24 October 2024 contract shall be available for trading with effect from Monday, July 29, 2024.
• It states that the Option Contract shall expire on October 24, 2024.
• It states that a Sensitivity Report shall be provided on October 18, 21, 22 & 23, 2024 at the End of the Day.
• It states that October 25, 2024, shall be the first day of Trading after Option Positions Devolving into Futures Positions.
