The Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd (ICCL) on July 26, 2024, issued a notification regarding norms for acceptable collaterals and exposure of Clearing Corporations.
The following has been stated: -
•With reference to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2024/65 dated May 29, 2024, and ICCL Circular 20240531-3 dated May 31, 2024, on “Norms for acceptable collaterals and exposure of Clearing Corporations”, ICCL requests members to take note of the following banks which have been shortlisted as per Section 3.2 Criteria for selection of Banks of the SEBI Circular.
