The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) on May 24, 2024, issued a Master Circular on Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) & Interest Subvention Scheme for Women SHGs under DAY-NRLM for the Year 2024-25.
The following has been stated: -
•The Master Circular on Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) and revised guidelines for operationalization of Interest Subvention Scheme for the year 2024-25 under DAY- NRLM issued by Reserve Bank of India, are annexed herewith (Annexure I & II). Please ensure adherence to the instructions.
•The detailed guidelines on the availability of concessional refinance from NABARD for financing Women SHGs under the scheme will be issued separately.
•Banks may submit the interest subvention claims in the prescribed forms (Annexures VI & VII).
