The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on July 26, 2024, Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021.
The following has been amended namely: -
• In the Ortho Phosphoric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2021, after the table, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
“Provided that, nothing in this Order shall apply to the Ortho Phosphoric Acid when used as raw material in production of fertilizers.”
The following shall come into force on July 26, 2024.
