Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Bihar on July 24, 2024, issued the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2024 to amend the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The following has been stated: -

•Clause (61) of section 2 of the Act shall be substituted, namely: - (61) input service distributor.

•Section 20 of the Act shall be substituted, namely: - 20. Manner of distribution of credit by the input service distributor.
