The Government of Kerala on July 24, 2024, notified the Kerala Bovine Breeding Bill, 2023.
The following has been stated: -
•Section 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Artificial Insemination (A.I.) and Bovine.
•Section 3 is about the Constitution of the Bovine Breeding Regulatory Authority.
•Section 4 mentions the Headquarters of the Authority.
•Section 5 specifies the Meetings of the Authority.
It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
