The Health and Family Welfare Department, Gujarat on July 25, 2024, issued the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Section 3 of the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021 which states “State Council of Clinical Establishment”, in sub-section (3), to clause (e), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
“Provided that the State Council for clinical establishments may constitute a sub-committee, consisting of a Chairman and Members, as may be determined by it, for hearing of appeals against the orders of the Authority”.
