Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on July 29, 2024, issued a circular regarding the Clearing Banks and Approved Bank for acceptance of Cash, Bank Guarantees and Fixed Deposits.

Reference is drawn to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2024/65 dated May 29, 2024, on Norms for acceptable collaterals and exposure of Clearing Corporations and NCCL circular no. NCCL/RISK-017/2024 dated April 23, 2024, on Master Circular - Risk Management.

The list of approved banks for the acceptance of cash, bank guarantees (BG), and fixed deposits (FD) as collateral from August 01, 2024, has been given in the Table. 

The list of clearing banks from August 01, 2024, has been given in the Table.
