The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on July 29, 2024, issued an amendment in the older notification related to the exemption of goods falling under the Tariff item of the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The amendment has been made in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 22/2022-Customs, dated April 30, 2022 (Attached below), related to the exemption of goods falling under the Tariff item of the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
• In TABLE II, for S. Nos. 59 to 69, and the entries relating thereto shall be substituted.
• In TABLE II, for S. Nos. 72 and 73, and the entries relating thereto shall be substituted.
