Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Goa on July 29, 2024, notified the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 further to amend the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.

The following has been stated: -

•In rule 8, which specifies Tax liability on composite and mixed supplies, (i) sub-rule (4A) shall be substituted.

The amendments shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from July 10, 2024.
