Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (MoCAF&PD) on July 29, 2024, issued an extension for seeking public comments on Draft Rules on Breath Analyzer for stakeholder comments.

It has been decided to extend the timeline from the last date of submissions i.e. July 26, 2024, to submit comments/feedback/suggestions on draft Rules, if any, until August 16, 2024, by email to [email protected]/ [email protected]/[email protected].
