The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on July 26, 2024, issued the establishment and withdrawal of certain Indian Standards (IS).
The following IS has been established on July 18, 2024, namely: -
• IS 8903 : 2024 Drawbars for Trailers of Up to 5 Tonnes Gross Mass — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 11028 : 2024 Handle Bars for Mopeds — Specification (First Revision)
• IS 13225 : 2024 Automotive Vehicles — Hydraulic Braking Systems — Rubber Cups — Specification (First Revision)
The following IS shall be withdrawn on October 18, 2024, namely: -
• IS 8093 - 1978 Specification for Drawbars for Trailers of Up to 5 Tonnes Gross Mass
• IS 11028 - 1984 Specification for Handle Bars for Mopeds
• IS 13225 : 1992 Automotive Vehicles — Hydraulic Braking Systems — Rubber Cups — Specification
