The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoA&FW) on July 26, 2024, issued the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Eleventh Amendment) Order, 2024, to further amend the amend the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003.
The following amendment has been stated:
• In the Schedule VI, which states “List of plants/plant materials permitted import with additional declarations and special conditions,” after the serial number 792, the following entries thereto shall be inserted as specified in the Table.
This notification will come into force from July 26, 2024.
