The Government of Bihar on July 24, 2024, notified the Bihar School Examination Board (Amendment) Act, 2024 to further amend the Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019.
The following has been amended-
•In Para-23, the following will be inserted after (D), the committee can spend the amount for strengthening the examination premises/ strong room/ seminary/ school, and the Bihar School Examination Board may incur expenditure on providing residential and non-residential training to the students of the Board for admission to various types of examinations.
•Amendment in Section 24 replaced as follows-
24. The accounts of the Policy can be audited using the funds/grants received from the State Government.
•In sub-section (1) and (2) of section 30 the following words shall be inserted:
(1)Miscellaneous other examinations after Secondary, Higher Secondary
(2)Sections (3) & (v) Miscellaneous other examinations after Secondary & Higher Secondary
