Commercial ComplianceThe Transport Department, Himachal Pradesh on July 24, 2024, issued the notification regarding the exemption of trucks of the other States (not covered under National Permit) entering into the territory of Himachal Pradesh from payment of Special Road Tax leviable.

The following has been stated namely: -

• This is for the purpose of transportation of apples and potatoes out of the State of Himachal Pradesh 

This shall come into force from October 31, 2024
