The Finance Department, West Bengal on July 15, 2024, issued the notification regarding the exempt from payment of tax for certain Class of Goods, payable by a dealer .
The following Class of Goods have been exempt namely: -
• Motor spirit having a flashing point 24.4 degree celsius required for use as fuel in aircraft, or motor spirit having a flashing point at or above 24.4 degree celcius required for use as fuel in aircraft and commonly known as Aviation Turbine Fuel.
• Motor spirit having a flashing point 24.4 degree celsius required for use as fuel in aircraft, or motor spirit having a flashing point or above 24.4 degree celsius required for use as fuel in aircraft, and commonly known as Aviation Turbine Fuel.
• Motor spirit having a flashing point 24.4 degree celcius required for use as fuel in aircraft, or motor spirit having a flashing point at or above 24.4 degree celsius required for use as fuel in aircraft, and commonly known as Aviation Turbine Fuel.
The certificates have been attached to the notification
This shall come into force on July 16, 2024.
