It is stated that the government shall appoint the date of publication as the day on which the provisions at serial no. 5 in the Schedule of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 relating to Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking) Act, 1937 (1 of 1937) shall come into force.
