The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) on July 30, 2024, notified regarding the facilities/amenities to be provided by promoters for real estate projects.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the agreement for sale shall list all facilities and amenities provided within the building, and common areas, it includes swimming pools, sports courts, theaters, etc.
• It states that any facilities provided using the free Floor Space Index (FSI) shall be as per the local planning regulations.
• It states that the agreement shall specify the size and location of open spaces within the plot or layout, as well as the proposed date when these open spaces shall be handed over to the common organization or federation.
• It states that the details of lifts such as number, type, capacity, and speed of lifts shall be provided in the agreement.
