Industry Specific Compliance The Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (ORERA) on July 23, 2024, issued the notification regarding payment of late fee shall be kept in abeyance.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Regulation 13 of Odisha Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Regulation, 2021 specifies the payment of late fee by the promoters in case of delayed application for registration of real estate projects.

• Its has been decided that Regulation 13 shall be kept in abeyance from July 23, 2024, till further notice.
