The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, (TRAI) on July 12, 2024, issued an Extension of the last date to receive comments and counter comments on the TRAI's Consultation Paper on the Framework for Service Authorisations to be Granted Under the Telecommunications Act, 2023 on July 11, 2024.
The initial deadline for stakeholders to submit written comments was August 01, 2024, with counter comments due by August 08, 2024. However, due to requests from various stakeholders for more time, the deadline for written comments has been extended to August 08, 2024, and the deadline for counter comments has been extended to August 16, 2024.
