Labour Compliance The Government of Uttar Pradesh on June 21, 2024, notified the draft Uttar Pradesh Unorganized Worker's Social Security (First Amendment) Rules, 2024 to amend the Uttar Pradesh Unorganized Worker’s Social Security Rules, 2016.

The following has been stated: -

•For sub-rule (3) of rule 23 set out in Column-I below, the sub-rule as set out in Column-II shall be substituted.

•The objections and suggestions which are received within forty-five days will be considered.
