Labour ComplianceThe Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on August 01, 2024, issued Information and Cybersecurity guidelines for regulated entities/intermediaries, 2024.

This shall come into effect from August 01, 2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It aims to protect the subscribers' interest and ensure the evolving architecture's safety and integrity.

• These guidelines will serve as a roadmap for regulated entities to effectively manage cyber risks, protect critical assets, and maintain trust and confidence in the digital age. 

• It shall also act as a broad standard for the regulated entities to understand and implement essential controls and procedures to protect their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure from cyber threats.
