Labour Compliance The Government of Kerala on July 22, 2024, issued the Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Rules, 2011.

The following amendment has been stated:

• In sub-rule (3) of rule 5, which stated “Application for the certificate for recognition of trade union”, for the symbol and figure " 1000 " the symbol and figure " 1150 " shall be substituted.

This notification will come into force at once.
