The Government of Uttar Pradesh on June 25, 2024, notified the Draft Uttar Pradesh Factories (Seventy Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated-
•Amendment of Schedule XV for the existing serial number 6 of Schedule XV set out in Column-I, the serial number as set out in Column-II shall be substituted
•Amendment of Schedule XXVIII, for the existing serial number 3 of Schedule XXVIII set out in Column-I below, the serial number as set out in Column-II shall be substituted
Objections and suggestions are received within forty-five days from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
