The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) on July 29, 2024, notified regarding the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) of the project along with the number of apartments, garages etc.
The following has been stated:
• The OC/CC Late fee will not be imposed on any project after the quarter preceding the date of upload.
• The targets of a project have been set before the date of project registration, then QPR late fee will not be imposed for filling the achievements of the quarter prior to the date of registration.
• The pending QPR for the period during which the project registration is live can be filled even after the project lapses by paying the late fee.
This notification will come into force from July 29, 2024.
