The Government of Goa on August 01, 2024, issued the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation) (Forty-nineth Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Business of the Government of Goa (Allocation) Rules, 1987.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In the Schedule, At serial number 8, under the heading “Department of Finance”, under item “III. Finance (Debt Management/Institutional Finance) Division”, after clause (s), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:
o “(t) Sewerage and Infrastructure Development Corporation of Goa Limited.”.
This notification will come into force from August 01, 2024.
