The Government of Jharkhand on July 24, 2024, issued the Draft Jharkhand Boiler (Amendment) Rules, 2024, to further amend the Jharkhand Boilers Rules, 1950.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Chapter II states about Quantum of penalties such as Minor penalties, penalties for illegal use of boiler, penalties for tampering with register mark, and penalties for breach of rules.

The Objections or suggestions, if any, with respect to this draft bye-laws shall be taken into after the expiry of 45 days from July 24, 2024, addressed to "the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Jharkhand, Bartand, Dhanbad-826001”, or email at: [email protected].
