The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Bihar on August 01, 2024, issued the Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2024. These Regulations shall apply in relation to all matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in the State of Bihar.
The following provisions have been stated:
• Formats of Certificates of Architect, Engineer, and Chartered Accountant
• Formats of various Certificates in Plotted Development Project
• Landowner to be treated as Promoter or Allottee
• Other Fees
• Display Boards
• Information/Documents to be uploaded by the Promoter on the web page of the project which remains available on the website of the Authority
• Application late charge for extension of registration under section 6.
It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
These regulations shall come into force with immediate effect.
