The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on August 06, 2024, issued the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Steel Plate for Pressure Vessel for Intermediate and High Temperature Service Including Boilers.
The following Indian Standards were established on July 25, 2024:
• IS 2002: 2024 Steel Plate for Pressure Vessel for Intermediate and High Temperature Service Including Boilers — Specification (Fourth Revision)
• IS 2041: 2024 Steel Plates and Strips for Pressure Vessels Used at Moderate and Low Temperature — Specification (Fourth Revision)
The following Indian Standards will be withdrawn on January 25, 2025:
• IS 2002: 2009 Steel Plate for Pressure Vessel for Intermediate and High Temperature Service Including Boilers (Third Revision)
• IS 2041: 2009 Steel Plates for Pressure Vessels Used at Moderate and Low Temperature — Specification (Third Revision)
