The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on August 08, 2024, issued a Consultation Paper on a draft circular for Reporting by Foreign Venture Capital Investors.
This consultation paper aims to seek comments/views/suggestions from the public on the draft circular titled “Reporting by Foreign Venture Capital Investors (FVCI).
Public comments are invited on the draft circular annexed to this consultation paper. The comments/ suggestions should be submitted by August 29, 2024.
